Considering their revenue - rubbish
The amount of revenue is astounding.
The costs go down continuously as sailings are either late, missing, or exhortation is used to increase revenue.
Why therefore does the app refused to have face recognition, but does have bugs well above acceptable.
Today, I got shoved in my face “Unauthorised ….” Flash, just before it logged me in.
For crying out loud, where is the software standards team and software development management- not in place here for sure, probably with the test team and the board at a spa centre.

Absolutely rubbish
Crashes every time I try to register, utterly useless. Only loaded as their website is pretty useless too! Awful customer service when you try to call too, beyond rude 🤦♀️
Multipasses not working
Since the update My Ticket Passes defaults to my parking pass. I have to swipe left several times to get to the list. My passenger pass won't read through the gates or on a

Poor quality app needs updating
This is such a bad app . You try booking a new book of multi link passes . It accepts your money and doesn’t show in your list of bookings when complete . It’s slow and about time it has an overhaul .
This is an awful app, but like the ferries yiu have no alternative
It’s so awful. I’ve just spent the last hour trying to make multiple multi link bookings but is so buggy I have had to give up. Examples 1 I tried to make a new booking but it keeps amending an old one 2 I put in two dates and on the return leg it gives me a different day to one I selected on the previous page 3 I just tried to logout ? Clear cache ? But when as I have forgotten password and want to reset I am told I can’t reset as I am already logged in. Just sooooooo awful it makes me want to tell their staff just how crap they are ….. but if I did I would be banned for 3 months …..

App hangs and stuck
App hangs and stucks all the time, I was in the middle of booking and it got stuck and I had to close the app and open again, then the booking no longer available, I had book the next one, had to wait for 2 hrs in the port because of this app.

No face recognition
I have an iPhone 12 and use face recognition for many of my apps. Unfortunately this app doesn’t support either retaining my user name which as a multi pass user is a string of numbers which I can’t remember nor does it support face recognition so I also have to remember the password as well. Being a sensible user I have probably 100 different passwords for various sites so I have no chance of remembering them all. So I have to go to my heavily encrypted password file on my laptop to find the details, once there I may as well use the web version so the app is if no use to me.

Sloppy, Doesn’t update
Slow app that doesn’t update regularly. By this I mean the number of remaining tickets on a ticket pass. It was displaying that I still had 4 trips remaining, but it had run out. Nearly missed a ferry as I had about 30 secs to get another ticket. The staff weren’t v helpful in the terminal either. A simple fix that probably won’t be addressed as they just don’t care about their customers like most businesses who have a monopoly on travel. I dread to think how insecure it is with this level of sloppy product :(

Misleading app
The bookings on the app do not match the bookings on my online log in because often it can take over a week for the two to match. My app currently shows a booking that I moved 5 days ago as still being current.
