Since upgrading to version 12 it constantly shows disconnecting immediately after connecting. Last version worked perfectly. This one is useless
STILL NOT FIXED “no certificates found”
After upgrading to iOS 12.1, the app can't find any of the iOS device certificates. Please fix ASAP. It’s been 3 months now and this app is completely useless.

When initialising the security certificates after authentican with a web form the app cancels out and shows ‘disconnecting’.

The latest version fixed an issue where it would keep prompting me for my password. Works great now!

Network issues
It would be super awesome if this new app would work on all networks. Currently the only consistent thing I can make it work on is Verizon LTE. This app doesn’t seem to bind to any Wi-Fi network or any LTE other than Verizon. Fix this one or upgrade the legacy app please!

Updated iOS app to new version and yes now the vpn does not disconnect anymore but it still isn’t allowing access from random Wi-Fi networks and only verzion LTE. Sprint LTE is a no go. Don’t know if it’s related to a specific device but I’m using a sprint iPhone XS and a Verizon iPad Pro. Please fix it already!!!! The old app version had none of these issues.....

Doesn’t remember password
Connects okay but have to put password in every time despite selecting “”remember password”. If that was fixed the app would be okay.
