cools my home office
I am pleased with this convenient unit. I am able to cool off my home office while I’m working from home. Easy to use and can program it to control remotely. I am not good at setting things up and installing electronics. This was easy, even for me! Recommend
Totally worthless app
App will not connect to 5g network. Totally useless . I already deleted the app. Now if i could only get the blinking app light to turn off. Ob well, hopefully it will burn out and finally go off. I dont even want the features on the app. I just downloaded it in hopes it would stop the blinking app light on the machine! Worthless app

All of a sudden the app stops working w/0 instructions on how to trouble shoot. Can you please let customers know why we can no longer use the app..............
App is broken and won’t load device
The app recently broke and no longer loads the device so you can’t turn it on or off or even view the device in the app rendering this unit totally worthless

The worst to connect to the network
This unit is the absolute worst to connect to the network the light blinks you must connect it to the 2.4 Network and as it continues to blink and then it stops blinking in the middle of it going through it’s a long process of finding the network. It is absolutely the most difficult thing

If I had to buy a unit I would most certainly never buy this one again planning to get rid of it and just putting in central air.
I’ve had this problem many many times over and I’m just sick and tired of taking over an hour just to get this thing linked to my network every time very Poor Network settings.

“Failed to load”
Keep getting the “Failed To Load” notification when trying to connect my device. Device was working fine just 2 days ago, no changes whatsoever on my router. Kind of disappointing when I bought this unit specifically for the WIFI. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Failed To Load
Bought this AC unit to use the WiFi feature. Worked for a week and now receive Failed to Load error. Tried to contact JHS for support but no reply.

It keeps giving me a failed to upload message. I bought this because of the WiFi settings. Very disappointed
