Only Displaying Options in France, I am in the UK

Rubbish & clunky, much better options available
What a rubbish app. My gym has just switched to this, for a perfectly good app that looked smart and was accurate. This BSport app is old looking, not easy to use, doesn’t add to calendar the classes you book. It’s rubbish. There are far better options out there. I can only hope they move again very soon. For a month we’ve had to use the Web based option as the App wasn’t ready. Rubbish transition to a rubbish system. Bad move.

Can’t book classes
I downloaded this yesterday as the pilates studio I go to uses the app but whenever I click on ‘bookings’ the app simply freezes on a blank screen.
How to remove a studio
Very unfriendly user app default to Paris every time and 29 studios have been added by mistake I cannot seem to be able to delete them. Help! How do I remove a studio?
Interface is no good
Why does the map default to Paris on every open? Why is my studio broken up into a bunch of sub categories instead of just a calendar? Picking my class takes way more taps than something like MINDBODY.
Link accounts across the same email address
Please link the instructor and student accounts for the same email address! Currently, we have to sign in and out rather than simply toggling. It’s incredibly frustrating.
Not intuitive. Disorganized.
App is very frustrating to use. Map goes to Paris by default. Unpleasant interface.

This app is simply amazing - WOW! I will never use Mind Body ever again.
Pretty disappointed, bad user design
If only the app could do the basics right: receive notifications, see a calendar view, and book without navigating through 7 pages to book a single class. The developers seems more interested to promote other gyms then make your local gym booking experience smooth.
Awful Time with BSport - DO NOT BUY!!!!
Very convincing, hard-selling sales people cold call those of us who have other exercise software. They know so many of us are fed up with MINDBODY, but it was definitely a case of jumping out of the frying pan in to the fire. Sales people do not know the functionality of the software themselves and essentially mis-sold it to me - did not have the functions I needed to run my business.
When I swapped, I had a nightmare communicating about data transfer and they got it wrong, took far too long - not enough employees - did not fully rectify it, and did not listen to my continuing issues. Functionality was only half built - missing vital functions for any booking software. It sent random French messages to my (English-speaking) clients. uninvited. Make you pay upfront for a year. Only used for three months and had to swap back to MINDBODY. Bsport refuse to refund me anything of the year despite it not having the functionality I need. Big warning to all - do not dream of changing to them.
