It’s horrible but usable
It’s good but please add
Able to check the bill, group the accounts and see the total separately, view the history of the past 11 months and pay online.
Please have the app select and pay multiple accounts same as the STELCO Eportal, view the official bill not in Crome or Safari website but in the app when selecting the PDF. When selecting the PDF in the app it opens the web browser to see the official bill.
Still a good app.

Great when it works
The verification process to prove you are human stalls out 9 times out of 10. It’s very annoying. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a payment.
It’s like a dummy app
Most of the time it crashes, and some features even doesn’t work!! Can’t log out, this app is just USELESS. Will never recommend anyone to install this app
App not working anymore
Trying to pay a bill using the app, but it has stopped working since the last update. Now gets a grey screen with a spinning wheelsaying check to secure connection (and itstays grey even after verification hasfinished, so cannot go any further)

It’s great that Stelco came up with an app, it’s simple & user friendly. I hope that in the near future they add more functions. It’s the great support that now we can pay the bills hassle free & check the status through the app.

The app is not working today
Good but can be better
Everything about the app is good except that the payment and billing history is too short. When I’m doing accounting I need to be able to view the previous year’s billing details without having to go back to hard copies of the bill. Unfortunately, this app only keeps record of a single year’s billing history. I hope you will make some changes and keep an archive of the billing history where I can select the year and the details. Thanks

App crashes
App crashes every time at the OTP screen. Tried on 3 different iPhones but same thing happens.
