Love this app
Called today and spoke to Dennis about an expansion valve, he was helpful and straight to the point. First time calling tech support and they were not lying about quick response times. Glad to know if there is ever a time I need assistance I can can tech support on this app!!
Amazing app
Skeptical at first because I heard that the tech support was free, but in actuality it is free. Instead of waiting an hour to hear from the manufacturer’s tech support, they only took 2 minutes. As someone who just got started in the trade and struggled with diagrams as well it was comforting to hear someone explain a lot of the knowledge gained in easy to follow directions.

Awesome concept and Intention!
It’s a really awesome idea to have all this information in one spot instead of downloading different apps or visiting different webpages for different models. I can’t really give an honest review about the app or how efficient it works yet because it asked too early for a rating. It seems like an awesome app after scrolling through and exploring a little, but I did notice theirs no furnaces in the app. Five stars for the idea and usefulness of this app! Thank you bluon.

Best tool in the bag
I literally just downloaded this and it has so much info. Very nice even if you can’t read the whole name plate on the unit due to fading it has all the info on your phone. Can’t wait to start using this app to its full potential. We are getting a jug of TDX20 ASAP. This could be a absolute game changer for us HVAC guys. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work you have put into making this app. Speaking with the tech support on the phone was like talking to a co worker. Very good customer service. By far my favorite app. Thank you Bluon!!!!!!
