Great app for getting what I need during the pandemic without having to go into the store. I know there are more items in the store that are not yet in the app. Would really like gluten free options

Want to love this app but can’t.
I love the food at Western Kosher but I find this app a bit hard to navigate. It is hard to do on my phone because it keeps cutting out. I had to reboot three times today just to place my order. Also, please make the quantities on the take out consistent. I never know how much I’m getting or if it’s based on per piece or per pound. If these things could be corrected I’d be very happy. Thanks.

Some meat items you need to use the search function.
Some things that you might want are not common to most customers, and I suppose, you have to call in with sufficient time to source the product
