This app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The workers, the policy, the app, everything is great! I pray they continue to provide great customer service well into the future because that way everyone wins. Thank you guys.

I sent up documentation to state that I would not be needing your service but was not answered back. Instead continue to charge me for the health insurance so I have removed my account info hopefully now you will listen, if not charge it to the game!
Face Recognition a Plus
Many apps are moving towards face recognition which saves time logging on to your accounts! Super excited to have this feature added. All documents pretty much at your finger tips now.

Overall, I like the app as it contains quite a lot of resources related to our policies, and make mobile access easy and intuitive.
However, as of some recent update (not sure which one), our documents are no longer viewable by clicking the ‘documents’ tab. The tab still exists in the interface, it even shows a number in parenthesis to indicate new/unread documents are in queue. However, when clicking on the tab, whichever tab/page the user was most recent viewing remains, the documents page/list does not display.
Please fix, great app otherwise!! Happy to update review to 5 stars if this can be addressed.

National Life Group App
They have made some improvements to the app that I like such as being able to change how I have my funds allocated. To offer constructive criticism I think the UI of the app could be improved.
