Not taking the DVIR
Won’t let me do the DVIR. Get to the end to submit and it keeps giving me a notification “Beep Beep something went wrong”

This app is just like their service… absolutely terrible! They don’t fix what you ask and they send your vehicle back with an issue that was not an issue before going in. Even if you are a company paying them 1mil+ a month, they could care less. I do not recommend them at all!!! It has not changed in the slightest in the 6+ years I have been dealing with them! Zero stars if I could

The only thing i could see that could make it better. Show where Ryder shops are located. You can however punch in a address. But it will send you to completely different state.
As always Ryder is ahead of the curve!
Love this RyderGyde app, allowing your customers to be able to simplify some of their tedious processes really shows Ryder cares. The locator and the fuel price comparison tool is pretty neat!
Easy to use innovative fleet management app
Very helpful and easy to use interface allowed me to quickly schedule preventive maintenance for my trucks and let’s me know when I need to bring them to the shop. Also let me know where the closest Ryder shop was and best fuel rates available. Definitely recommend!!
