My orders time and time again took too much time more than 2 hrs !! Very bad I don’t recommend it at all Toters is way better

Thanks for the great app all I need I can found it with your app the only thing I don’t like it it’s the My location most of the time are wrong and this confuse the driver if it’s passable set manually location on the map I thing will make very easy to the driver to found us

The app is not working properly it suddenly crashes when I open it
Bad response, bad service, canceling orders
Their service is bad and they are canceling orders after waiting for an hour. Their support team did nothing rather than seeing my messages with no response.
Wrong order issue
I received a wrong order from the restaurant. I immediately tried the phone number provided by the app, but it was out of service. Then I raised a claim and the message promised that customer service will contact me within 24 hours.
It’s been 3 days and nothing !!!!
Hence the app is DELETED.

تطبيق فاشل جداً وتأخير في توصيل الطلبات بالأضافة الى وصول الطلب ناقص وعند تسجيل شكوى ومراسلاتهم على صفحات التواصل الأجتماعي لا يتم الرد على الزبائن واضح من خلال التجهيز السرقة ، تبقى بذمتهم الى يوم الدين وغير محللين ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم
