MyHealth by Telligen

The MyHealth by Telligen app has been updated to allow for full functionality for 15.3.1 iOS users. Navigation throughout the application is now available seamlessly between tabs & tracking information without interruption. Users may also close out of the app and restart back where they left off within the 48-hour login period.

The MyHealth by Telligen app has been updated to allow users with the option to input their telephone number for programming to be able to do so on the mobile application. Upon logging in, eligible users for phone information will be able to visit the Settings tab of the app to fill in their mobile telephone number for communications.

The MyHealth by Telligen mobile application has been updated to enable phone number inputs for clients that have implemented text messaging contracting for communications. New program participants will be able to insert their cellular phone number at point of registration and current program participants will be able to update their account with their cellular phone number in the Settings page.

MyHealth by Telligen application formatting has been updated to be easier viewing for users. Buttons and fonts have been made more consistent throughout the app. The exercise headings on the profile page have been updated to accurately mirror our web-based portal, including exchanging "laps" tracked for "steps" tracked when viewing walking history.

The MyHealth by Telligen app has expanded it's syncing capabilities and device options for its users: MyHealth by Telligen is now able to sync with Apple Watch! Following opening the app, users will be prompted to give the application access to Apple Health Kit so it can sync up with tracked steps, minutes, and miles. Users can choose to allow access to all categories, or they can pick and choose which they permit. Following approval, the app will automatically sync with the users tracked metrics. MyHealth by Telligen will sync Apple data every time the user shuts the app down and re-loads. Users are also able to prompt syncing themselves by tapping on the "Sync" button in the top right corner.

November 2, 2020

Telligen has deployed a new version to address a fix needed for iPhones 11 and newer. Previously, when the app was loaded on these versions of iPhones, it would open and close without the user being able to access the application. The fix implemented will prevent automatic shut down of the app occurring due to this bug.

The update to the MyHealth by Telligen app includes user-end notification improvements such as a green drop-down banner when completing journal entries and challenge tasks. This update makes it clear to the user that they have saved or completed an activity within the app, being the first thing they see as a drop down from the top.
