Registration is Easy if you read
So registration is super easy if you read the letter you get in the mail. Yes you need to create a new account (different than the high mark Bach’s website).
The letter you will get tells you to add a zero to the end of your Member ID and lists your Registration ID in black in white.
Of course most people probably trash the letter without reading so that’s probably why most have so many issues. Just do yourself a favor and read the bloody letter :DShow lessMSTnukie

This app is cumbersome, at best. This app would be much better to tap on an eligible claim and pay it in one step and close the transaction by making the payment from the HSA. The need to create another step to pay a provider creates a chance for typing error and does not link to an eligible claim posted in the eligible claim list.Show lessTken86
Sooooo Bad
This is one of the worst apps I have come across. I could not register using my online info, so I needed to contact customer support repeatedly for help. And then it crashes on my iPhone. Do not waste your time with this version.Rondo Hatton 1956
Impossible to use
Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst apps I have ever used. Impossible to make payments. If I can select a payment there is always an “error” and the provider isn’t paid. Or, I submit a receipt but it’s never identified by the company and the transaction is denied...every time I contact customer service they say I never did anything on my end despite having proof as I took screen shots.
