    How can you call this a app when it doesn’t even work I should not have to call in every time I need to make a payment and why do I have stuff pending since January you can’t even pay my medical bills what the hell crap is it

  • Easier to set up, but now crashes

    Since the update, it set up easier and smoother. The first time I opened it after the set up, it does nothing but crash.

    Still needs work before it can be used and trusted.

    Submitted a claim through the app and it’s almost been a month and I still haven’t received my deposit. Now the app says I need to update it but there is no update option. It just says open app and then it tells me I need to update it. It’s a viscous cycle. Very unhappy with the app.

    I can not open this app anymore. I try to sign in and it tells me to update the app.... there is no update available.
  • Can’t even log in

    Been trying to access my info and all I get is a pop up screen that says make sure you have the newest update. So I go check and I do have the newest one, but it still won’t let me log into my account. This ap is useless.

    This should have been made easier to use. In this today’s world every company try to achieve single sign for users into their account. But here app is asking to create separate password. It took me multiple tries to understand how to create account in app. Investment account could have more details like filters to see how out funds doing in different time frames.

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    OMG! I have never struggled so much using an app in my life. Too many problems to list here. The latest is a claim I manually entered was denied. No explanation why. Tried to call customer service number listed on the HM app but office is only open during biz hours. I can’t schedule his next appointment until this bill is paid so he cannot get the care he needs. Even though my HSA money is supposed to be mine it obviously isn’t. As usual here’s another insurance company getting in the way of people who are trying to take care of themselves and their families. Highmark - roll back your website to last year’s version and scrap your mobile app and this HSA app. Then fire app developers and the leaders who decided it would be an improvement for customers! Shame on you!!!
