Frustrating
I’ve downloaded and deleted then downloaded again about 3 times because it won’t let me log in. I enter me email address and press confirm and absolutely nothing happens. Better off using safari.

No idea why they keep showing the clothes/items that are not available and they haven’t been available for months. TAKE THEM OUT. So ridiculous

Truly something is wrong with this app it won’t let me sign back into my account and your first discount you get for making a account expires after 14 days of making the account. So stupid fix your app

Be careful!!! They work like scammers!
I'm from the UK . All my cards have always worked well. I placed an order on Black Friday. I ordered a large amount. They took the money from my card. Then I received a letter that the order was canceled because there was a problem with the card. I really needed these dresses and I used another card. They took the money there too and canceled the order again. In the end, when I need money to buy things before Christmas they keep them for 2 large amounts and it is not known when they will return them! Very bad! They work like scammers! I have to buy gifts and many things for Christmas, but they keep my money ! Give me my money urgently!!! Bad experience I don't recommend buying from them!

Bad resolution services
They made a mistake with my order and when I asked to rectify THEIR mistake they said I had to pay for returning the items THEY sent by mistake in place of the items I paid for and said it was “out of their control” they couldn’t reimburse me for the return label. So in summary, I pay for an item, they send me the wrong item and I have to pay extra to get the item I already paid for if I want it delivered.

Get Rid Of This New Update
I absolutely love fashion nova & it would be my go to app for clothes, now I can’t even add clothes to my favourites, I reinstalled the app multiple times just to see if that would work, I have also added clothes to my basket & through there I would try & add it to my favourites. Again it did not work. I literally can’t do anything on that app anymore. I hope the fix it because that issue has been going on for over a month at least now…
