Error in recharge payment

The app doesnt open in my phone

When i update the 17.4 update in iphone there is something strange in the app the app when i open it they will kick me from the app

Worst!!!!

If you can’t fix this app then you can’t ask us to scan!
I have entered with so many accounts and each time it still asks you to login and doesn’t accept previous accounts!! Even it doesn’t accepts the one time pass code that is sent to your mobile number! Then how you make the rules to scan? It’s not our job to fix it!

Hi, Refresh the ticket when the internet is turned on. Time should match with validator time. please try these steps While validating the ticket, no VPNs should be turned on. Press the online recharge option on the validator. Tap your QR ticket on the validator for a few seconds you will receive your pending balance. please don't hesitate to reach out to us via phone at 4458 8888

FIX THE BUGS

There are sooo many times where i entered my password or code right for the E-TICKET SCAN and it tells me “error has occurred”! I came to my work late so many times because if this, bus drivers dont let u in the bus without the scan. Please fix this bug.

Worst

This app will just make you angry. The app has lots of bug and sometimes it register your password as incorrect. Moreover, most of the time you can’t even find your QR code in the app as it was deleted. Due to such reason I had to miss my metro bus many time. It’s disappointing to know that a country like qatar can’t develop such an app with all the oil money they have

Bad experince with drivers and the app

I had a very bad experience with M210 Hamad metro station bus drivers they are very rude and impolite, I tried to use the app download an electronic ticket but for unknown reasons it keeps telling me that my number is used by other account, it turned out that the previous owner who left qatar for like 9 months now still his account valid and I can’t get electronic ticket because of that, which made me forced to hear a very bad comments and kicked out of the bus by the rudy impolite drivers of M210 I know they are doing their jobs and i respect that but they were totally unprofessional in how they dealt with my situation and i cant find a number or a place to complain to get an electronic ticket, the app is very slow and sluggish and need a place where we can raise our complaints, thank you

Doesn’t work for visitors

Despite trying on 10+ occasions impossible to register with a foreign mobile. Only wanted the app so I could use the Metrolink buses. Such a shame that Qatar Rail make you try and use this garbage, rather than put the QR code you need in their app, which worked well.

Not working

Asking for profile update, but then won’t let you, then won’t open bus cards to scan

Good App

The app works well but could benefit from minor improvements, such as:
- Splitting Name and Surname Field
- Allowing tickets to be downloaded to Wallet App
- Removing references to money from free tickets
