  • Does not show all components

    When I first bought the scale 3 years ago I was able to see every last one of the icons. Now I only see my weight and BMI reading everything else is not working. I tried looking in setting and if there was an update but nothing. Can someone tell me how to fix this it’s annoying. The reason I bought the scale was to keep proper readings on my weight. This needs to be fixed

  • Dreadful doesn’t sync with Apple Health

    Bought this because it said it syncs with Apple Health kit. Sadly this is not the case. I tried to contact the Customer Support and never heard anything back from them. I have tried resyncing and it didn’t. The app description in the ads are not the is not the same. Bit of a bummer as I like the unit. The display is not in colour. Sending it back.
