  • Unable to Pair to new app when previous worked

I have deleted all previous apps and re installed the new app. I have an iPhone which it should work with. I have followed all steps shown on other reviews 1 to 5. I still cannot pair to scales. There is an issue with the app as previous version worked no problem. I would like his to be resolved as product is now useless to be because of your incompetence to create a work app.

  • Scale

I have just bought the scales and downloaded both apps. I do like the written information about each measurement. I do wish that the information was on the new app. So I am keeping both apps.
  • Scale will not pair with new app

The developers of this app should know scales have a hard time pairing with new app. The app that preceded this one worked just fine now my scale will not pair. This is a problem because I have tried it on iPhone running the most current software and my note9 running the most current software. Same problem this is unacceptable. Please update your app.

  • I like the other app

This version of the app Is great more clean and I guess more accurate due to the developers response on another persons review, however this app doesn’t tell us facts like the other version did, it just tells us numbers which I find is less helpful.
  • Doesn’t even work...

I got a notification on my current 1byone app that this new version was available so I downloaded it. THIS DOESN’T EVEN WORK. It keeps saying “network timeout”, “network failed”, or doesn’t do anything at all. Not to mention I’m not even sure I can sync my old data to it, which would almost defeat the purpose, it would be like starting over. Unless they fix the bugs and issues, I’ll stick with my “old” version that works perfectly fine.

UPDATE: I got a response from the app creator that the bugs were fixed. I disagree. 1. It took way to long to connect my scale to this app. 2. I’ve been using the previous app since the beginning of the year, essentially it would be like I was starting over which defeats the purpose of tracking my progress. Why wouldn’t you just improve the current app with better features? Or have the ability to transfer data? 3. It still crashes way to much, I can’t even navigate through the app properly. To individuals who are starting fresh, this could be a good app if the glitches get fixed. But for individuals who have already started their journey, this app is basically useless, I’m not going to go back and forth between both apps.

  • App Crashes

The original app worked great. (Not sure why you didn’t just release this as an update?!?!) This app pairs to my scale, but took several attempts to login as it kept crashing. Also, it will not allow me to update settings. It crashes every time I press “Target Weight”. Would love an update to address these issues.

  • Updated UI and easy to use

I really like my onebyone scales, never have a problem with them but the only thing I’m struggling to understand are the inconsistencies between apps. In version 2.0 my measurements were at a certain point and I’d been losing body fat, currently at 26%. I downloaded this app, and immediately after weighing myself on app version 2, I weigh myself on this app. I find that my body fat has increased by 3% and my muscle mass has dropped by around 10lbs, and my BMR is around 200kcal less than it should be. It seems like the calculations made are a lot different to the other apps and if you’re currently using the 2.0 version of the app I wouldn’t recommend upgrading. However if you’ve recently bought a scale, this is the app to use.

Besides, our product team has optimized and improved the computational formula in 1byone Health App to make the measuring data more accurate. Please take the figures on 1byone Health App as your reference.
  • Missing months of data

Works ok so far, but there's no way to import my data from the 2.0 app. The whole point is to be able to track progress - why would I want to lose months worth of information? It's too bad because the interface really is much nicer than the other app.
  • New app

Downloaded the new app and it wouldn’t allow me to log in. Then password reset failure. Tried to set up a new account but the first page is the profile page - can’t get past it. Says ‘only use normal characters’ or something, which makes very little sense since they are check boxes and drop downs, other than my name, which only uses the alphabet. So basically it’s worthless because it can’t be used.

  • Crashes on startup, no import from previous app

Doesn’t appear to support different users like the 1byonewellness app.

Shame because that was awful and really needed updating.

Hopefully this one will improve quickly.
