This app is trash. No matter what address you use it says it’s already registered. And when you try to reset it doesn’t work.

I try to login or sign up and it keeps saying no matter what email I use that it’s already registered, but when I go to login since it says it’s registered, it says “Login Failed” please fix your dumb app. I lost my remote and your putting way more stress on me. :(

Unreliable timer
App connects to device ok but the timer feature is glitchy. Worked once. But couldn’t get it to work again. The timers display under the timer tab but never get executed.

Not sure what the other reviews are about but this app works fine. Bought a dozen electric outlet switches and I didn’t have any problems. It asks to entire WiFi password so it can be shared with smart devices since they connect direct WiFi rather than a smart hub.
The company also isn’t defunct, it’s alive and well and yes it’s in Shenzhen China, and I’m sure it’s servers are in mainland China but I don’t see any traffic being directed there on the day to day basis.
