Addicting & fun, but frustrating scoring
I enjoy playing the game a lot but it’s frustrating to score low most of the time. You start at -22 and the highest I usually get is around 11 or 12. It’s so hard to get a decent score in this game!TravisP_Indiana

Thank you for your feedback. It is possible to score between 40 and 50 points. But you are totally right, it is hard and regarding the leaderboard higher scores with more variation would be better. We will add this to our list of possible improvements. Thank you!Great app !

Noch mal! is one of a veritable flood of roll & write games currently available for purchase in physical format but it is one of the earlier ones and is still one of the very best. Although luck obviously plays a role in any dice game, skill will usually triumph here and the choices to be made each turn are typically interesting and consequential. This app is a near perfect implementation of that excellent game, and at an extremely competitive price too. Indeed, so good is it, that I would only ever get the physical copy out now to play with three or more players. I suppose the fact that the app “only” covers solo and two player modes could be said to be its one flaw but, honestly, I wouldn’t want to play a game on an iPad involving more than two human players anyway. All in all, then, a really terrific app, which even gives you the option of using it just as the dice or as the scoresheet. Top notch!Show lessMopsmeister

To clarify, the app seems to work pretty smooth. I just hate the game. I am constantly forced to choose between two terrible options, I fail to see why anyone would find this fun. Glad I bought the app, so I can now avoid the real game.Got bored

Overall, this game is excellent. Here’s a quibble:
In the Duo mode, the row that shows the column score score bonus (below the play grid) updates when your opponent completes a row. This does not do the player any favors, since knowing the score difference between completing a particular column now and later is important for strategic play, and most players do not have the score pads memorized.
This is implemented well in the Android version.Show lesslouloubear89

On some devices (especially with 4:3 aspect ratios) in duo mode the column score is displayed only with one line of scores. We will look how to make the scoring more transparent on this devices.Great purchase

This game is great, but it is not colorblind friendly at all. 3 of the colors (I’m assuming green, orange, and yellow) are hard to distinguish, and green and orange in particular are nearly impossible. I’d love to be able to play the game, but I can’t do to the lack of a colorblind setting.joshajacobs
