On a current iOS 📺

Okay I have to admit impressive to work with this in tandem with .rtf write on iPad 6 I am looking for a refurbished iPad Mini for a lady who is on the street and she is working with my cousin if you want to work on a manuscript that is 6-8 pages without blinking again no easy feat to have an app that works on older iPads as well as a modern iPad-Os.

Pretty good, with one drawback

In the absence of Apple’s Text Edit for iPad and iPhone (why, Apple?) this is a good alternative – I’ve been using it for a few months and I’ll keep using it – saving RTF documents to iCloud and being able to access them across all my devices is a boon. The drawback is that (on both iPhone and iPad) it occasionally freezes and requires a shutdown/restart. It’s irritating, but not enough (yet) to make me stop using it.

Simple free editor

It’s free. It doesn’t do formatting but it is perfect for a quick note.

Disappointing

I need a text editor that can handle formatting.
I assumed that any program that can work with RTF documents could handle document formatting that is used by RTF.
I loaded a large document I’d created in MS Word, and all page formatting disappeared, the font, including font size went away. Margins, line spacing, pagination, everything but the raw text.
I could find no formatting tools to use to restore what went away.
If I can download an image editor that does everything photoshop can do, why can’t anyone write a document editor that works like the versions made for computers?

Thanks!

Thank you !

Limited formatting

Saves in RTF format. Only offers bold, italic, underline. Other than iCloud, cannot open/save from other cloud storage.

Doesn’t work

Useless app can’t open rtf file

Was awesome. Now broken

The app does not allow sending email from within it, it has that feature but it doesn’t work. The app opens files on box.com but the files keep rearranging themselves continuously and you can’t scroll through them for that reason. There’s no way to open the file I want because of this weird bug. Had to delete. Please fix.

Perfect for what I need

Finally someone has created an app that allows me to easily access my cloud storage and edit RTF files without going through an endless maze of searches. Apple dropped the ball not allowing native rtf editing in iOS and this app fills the void. Wish I could add another star.

Opens Editable RTF Files

This app does what it claims. It opens RTF files, and I can edit them without a problem. It would be nice if it was possible to make edits to fonts and font sizes, but it has the most important functionality I was looking for.
