Here’s a draft for your review:

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used for clocking in and clocking out! Almost every week, I run into issues—whether it’s not being able to clock out, not finding my client in the system, or some other frustrating glitch. These problems are making employees look bad, even though the fault lies entirely with the app. It’s unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. This app is unreliable and makes an already challenging job even harder. Please fix these issues as soon as possible!

I don’t know why the program I work for moved to this app for clock-in/clock-out but it is a serious nightmare. Everytime I log in to clock in, it redirects me to change my password EVERYTIME even if I changed it the previous day. “For security reasons”. In the last 6 months I have had to change my password 71 consecutive times. (Yes I kept count on it) and have been locked out my account with my account disabled NUMEROUS times and had to have my supervisor/manager whatever you want to call them contact whomever to get my account back up and running just for it to happen again with the password change a few days later. It’s completely ridiculous and they need to do something about it soon.

This alienates caregivers

This app is the worst decision I think NH Medicaid has made in its history of horrible decisions. We are struggling as a COUNTRY to find loving caring people to care for our aged ones and this app basically just makes our already difficult jobs even more complicated and a hassle. It’s basically a policing app to make sure we’re doing our jobs. Which most of us have been doing for YEARS, often without pay because we love the people we care for. Having to fill in paperwork, plus electronics, plus remembering to “clock in” and then “clock out” to care for a family member is ludicrous. Just stop. Seriously. Let caregivers do their purpose. Let social workers address cases of obvious neglect. Stop complicating an already difficult job and focus on getting more young ones into caregiving.
