Cannot share from album - bug
I used to be able to share screenshots and pictures from my albums to cr snap but this hasn’t worked for a while now
Works about 1/3 of the time
When this works, it works great but that’s about 2/3 of the time. Often, when I snap a pic of a receipt it never shows up or it is only a portion of the pic. Literally every time I try to complete a ER I have to go back to my receipt envelope, take another pic of the receipt in question, wait for it to upload and then do it all again. Maddening.

Pretty simple app. Not a lot to go wrong.
Very convenient to immediately add receipts.
The option to add more info is helpful, but limited. It only lets you add info before uploading.
So there is no way to make a correction to it, or add information after you’ve uploaded.
(And their web app doesn’t even let you add information to any receipts when uploading, so they ought to add the feature there too.)

Useless, can’t upload
While trying to upload receipts, the app keeps logging you off “due to security reason”
Upload too long
Been waiting for about an hour to upload one picture to CR. I had 15 expenses to do. Need an improvement…
Easy to use.
Love that I can snap pictures of my receipts and have them automatically upload to Chrome River without them clogging up the photo album on my phone! Great enhancement to save receipts to the app so I can confirm I’ve expenses everything before deleting completely.
Paperless is the future
Monthly paper receipt handling is so cumbersome - looking forward to paperless handling and submission. App is simple and connected.
