Not User Friendly
Unfortunately this was the most difficult app I’ve used as an agent. I have yet to be able to login to Ready Connect in order to access Opcity. I am first told that my email isn’t connected, and then told the opposite, that I cannot create an account because my email is already connected.
Worst company
They are liars and thieves. They charge and insane amount of money and provide the worst leads, their customer support is the worst part. They are arrogant liars. Please don’t sign a contract with these scammers
App doesn’t work more than half the time
I’ve removed and reloaded the app and can’t get it to let me even log in. It just acts like it’s received the user name and password but then acts like it’s timed out and asks for it again. I think it needs a new update

Fix the irritating bug!
I’m not going to sign up again when my contract ends if you can’t fix the dang bug that causes the “oops” message every time I change a status or add note. Then I have to close the app, open it back up and sign in again. THEN the sign in screen screen just sits there so AGAIN I have to close the app out and go back in and BAM it works again. Well, until I change a status!! We pay high dollars for these leads, fix the bug!

This application is a joke. Embarrassing to the industry and Real Estate professionals across the US. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.
Ooops sorry!
I love having this app to keep my clients in one data base but you’ve got to fix the bug that causes it to reply with : “oops sorry. We can not load this contact.” every time I try to update a contact! It kicks several contacts out then makes me refresh the page. Sending the contacts back to top of the list! So frustrating!

Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in. I went on my computer and signed in to make sure I have the right password. I was able to sign in on my computer, but not on the app. I also put in a different password and it gave me an error message that email or password are not correct. When I use the correct password it doesn’t give me any error messages. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no luck.
