Will reset once you receive enough points for something free
This is the second time I’ve downloaded the app to add points. Thankfully I had a new number the second time because there is no one to talk to, respond to emails, update your phone number or even reset your account. Both times I’ve experienced earning enough points for something free only to be kicked out of the app and given a welcome message. I visited and made a purchase for $30+. I already had 45 points. When I went to login to see how many points I had toward a free sandwich (75) it gave me a welcome message. I visited the restaurant anyway and gave them number. They too, said it was only giving them a welcome message. Very disappointing.

Unable to use app
I downloaded app (again) unable to use app because I cannot login. I tried my email addresses for forgot password. they told me there was no account found under that email address on both I tried to create a new account put in all the information and it said there was already an account under that email address and to login. Unable to login. Tried to get a help online on the app and there’s no help menu, no number to call, etc. I spent a good 15 to 20 minutes fooling around with this app and finally just went through the drive-through and ordered it on the speaker. also tried to order as a guest and didn’t give me any drink options except for shakes. It’s either order a combo or a sandwich or a shake. I could not add on anything that I wanted to add on. this app needs a major overhaul.

Review of the App, not the food.
The food at my location is always excellent & the staff is great. The app, however, is a dismal failure. It is great that I am permitted to customize my order. However, when I get to the restaurant, I checked in on the app. There was nothing to confirm that I was actually “checked-in.” So, I go into the store and I am told that the order “just” printed and this leads me to believe that the act of checking-in prompted the order to print. Now I get to sit in my car for 20 min. I would have been much better off simply going through the drive-thru. This was not a great experience and I blame the app, not the location, or the employees.

Frischs manowar Lexington Kentucky!!! Great service
Our waitress was for Patrice !! she was great ! she was very knowledgeable about the menu , kind and a amazing server . The food was fast and excellent!! 5 stars will be back !!! also, I’m very excited about the mozzarella cheese sticks coming back!!!!!!!
Can’t order the items I want!
The point of ordering through the app does NOT work if you can’t get what you want! I loved their grilled ham and cheese but you can’t order via the app for some reason. You also can’t substitute things via the app the way you can through the drive thru. If you want the melted bar cheese, you’re not getting it ordering through the app! If it is on your menu I should be able to order it!!!! Someone really needs to fix this app!

Don’t like the update
With the new update where will the coupons and offers show up? I got them often up until this here update. Should at least have a tab for deals or offers.. Personally I liked the previous version

The new management is awesome all around! Food is much better, restaurant is cleaner and the service is much better!
We had almost given up on going there! We heard yesterday that Bridgewater Frisch’s location is now closed! We suggest to our friends to go back to West Side…it’s so good and fresh! Thanks!

Great order
Kudos to the Price Hill location on Glenway. My fish sandwich and onion rings were excellent! Hot, fresh and tasty. Thank you for bringing the sandwich boxes back. The To-go sandwiches are SO MUCH BETTER in the boxes vs wrapping them in the foil lined wrappers. And the service tonight just before 5:00 was fast and efficient! Keep up the great work!!!

Speedy Service - Waitress was Friendly & Awesome & met our needs. Food was hot & Fresh. I was disappointed in the menu Changes & Choices offered now compared to what you use to offer on your menus. Hot Bar wasn’t appealing so we ordered off menu. Thank You S & T
