Thank you for an app that is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. Questions were answered upfront, before installing app and being left to your own devices. Easy to scan receipt was a nice surprise as well. Good job Frisch’s. Finally an app I don’t mind using.
Rewards
Love how you get points for eating your favorite food. The only thing I don’t like is they take your points away if you don’t use them, I think the points should be good for 1 year.
Needs work
After placing an order, Check in won’t let you enter any details about your vehicle. As soon as you start typing it kicks back to check in.
If you check in to a parking spot it shows that you haven’t checked in.

Garbage app
Can’t find my account. Finds my account but won’t send me password reset email. So I try to proceed as a guest: My local restaurant “has no products”. Cannot add to my cart please try later. Live service is so quick I could have placed and picked up my order in person in the time I’ve spent trying to make this app work.

She was an excellent waitress that was there by herself and ran everything superfluous she did cash register she deleted serving and she did the bar breakfast bar and no back ups there was some people came in there while there was no manager and walked out on her and people didn’t notice this we gave her a nice tip and Mr. Mallory was there too

Drive thru takes forever.
Sometimes it can take 15 minutes or more to get thru the line. Tonight was right a 15 minutes for just one order of tenders and fries basket. That’s really bad. I meant to rate a 3 but it somehow switched to a 4.
