My grandkids love big boy when we are out somewhere they want to stop they really like the chili and hot fudge cake
Disappointed
I’m new to the Frisch’s app and downloaded and I tried over and over to scan and to manually put my receipt in and the scanner continued to say “Error” and Manually it says “Error”!!! I’m going to hold on to my receipt and continue to try but this is disappointing that it will not allow me to get my new points!

Eat there at least once a week , love the food and the service
Does not work at all
The instructions on how to use this app are as clear as mud. There is no clarity on how to use the rewards that are gifted. Worse than that, the app simply doesn’t work at all. Both a scan of the barcode and entering the number manually came up as invalid. The app is an abject failure.
Terrible App
This is a terrible app! Added points and only put 4 on it when it should have put 24 on and did it again when it said it scanned 26 points and nothing showed up at all. Tried to use a free sandwich that was given to me because of the problem I had the first time and it wouldn’t work. The lady claimed that I opted out of something, which I did not, and it was sending something to a different email, not mine. She said it was because I signed up through Apple and that I needed to unsign up and sign up a different way. Too much trouble! Apps should be user friendly not frustrating!

Super Big Boy
I have been eating this delicious sandwich for over 50 years! I now live in Arkansas where there are no Frisch’s Big Boy restaurants so I visit my family once a year in Ohio and stop at Frisch’s starting in KY all the way to Ohio. We choose a hotel very close to their restaurant so I may eat my favorite Big Boy sandwich as much as I want, lol
My husband of over 26 years is a good sport and he just orders different things off their menu.
If you have never tried the Super Big Boy you are missing out on the best hamburger ever!
