I have been login out automatically almost everyday. So everyday I have to put all username and password again. Annoying
Won’t connect
This app won’t connect to my phone at all. I’m a renter and the owner is also new. I’ve trawled through the internet looking for how to guides, which I have found but it doesn’t get around the fact my phone won’t connect to the system.
Is there any hope for the app being updated? Or what are we doing wrong?

Learn mode doesn’t work
My bill has come on very high i tried to connect to the app but my box won’t go into learn mode and there are no videos to support how to connect to the app. Need help what should i do?
Useless -App has not been maintained
I’ve tried to get my Wavin underfloor heating system connecting for ages now and while connection appears successful, I just get an error message and nothing changes. I’ve tried everything. Company clearly developed an app and has not maintained it since. AVOID WAVIN HEATING SYSTEMS!
Update
For goodness sake, it hasn’t worked since December (it’s May now). You should really update your app and keep a standard of service. You can’t hook customers in and spend thousands on your heating systems only to stop supporting your app when they have invested the cost.
