IOS 18 update
After the new iOS 18 update, I am unable to see my recent pictures. I've tried to change various settings. You need to fix this issue urgently because this is WhatsApp business use for business purposes. We need to send the product latest pictures to the client and it's really difficult to go backin the gallery and search it.Show lessDoctaZeus

I noticed that the "Favorite" option has been removed when viewing pictures on WhatsApp Business for iPhone. This feature was incredibly useful for us as it allowed easy access to important images, and I would greatly appreciate it if this functionality could be reinstated.
Additionally, enhancing the visual quality during calls would significantly improve the user experience, especially for client interactions. The regular WhatsApp already offers these features, so it would be great to see them implemented in WhatsApp Business as well.
Lastly, I suggest adding a restriction on taking screenshots or recording private video conversations. This would greatly enhance the privacy and security of users.

Account was Accidentally suspended
I have been using my business account for over 5 years without any issue. The last 3 days my account was accidentally suspended 6 times. WhatsApp said they were accidentally flagged my account and restored it, but they didn’t know what trigger the suspension. This is very annoying and affecting the business.Show lessJxnxuenudnwundu
Suggested updates
App is wonderful however, we would ask you to consider below updates please;
1. Enabling us add music to our status while uploading.
2. Ability to set keywords so when such key words are mentioned in our chats, it automatically brings the chat to the front.
3. Ability to create a folder without it looking like a group. Like a folder where we can put various customers and their need and then visit the folder to collect info easily. Folders can be done on a seperate column.
4. Automated replies linked to keywords, like when customers type account” hence I already have account number saved on whatsap, it should be able to respond to the customer.
5. I also think that there should be a pop up question when someone wants to put our chats on erase. I should get a pop and confirm if okay with it else the chats should only erase the inniators end and not mine.
6. Please let’s be able to pin upto 5 or more contacts. I am pleading.🥹🥹
7. When are we going to have an interphase that enables us atleast view our various whatsap messages in one app even if it means not being able to reply but imagine moving from one app to another when I don’t want my reminders on all the time.

Account suspended and 5 years of information lost
My account was suspended without a specific reason. I have been using it for my work since 5 years. I have made so many broadcast lists over the years and have been exchanging docs over WhatsApp because i can always retrieve info from there but its all gone now. Plus I have been taking an online class for a year and I have all the notes, tests and exercises on whatsapp and I have an exam next month.
