    It’s good however a lot of people thinking im a scammer as lots of scammers use the WhatsApp link it seems… also I am a genuin locksmith that has been selling car keys for sometime now but they keep leaving some of my items on review for hours and hours at a time, I even submit the same advert before and after the original edit and no change still just left on review, no one can see my listing now which is really annoying as people are asking me why this certain product isn’t online, I have emailed WhatsApp customer support and they just reply saying. Sorry nothing we can do , takes as long as it takes!

    My insta is verified and is linked to my WhatsApp! This should prove I’m not a bloody scammer! 🤬🤬

    Switched over to Business What’s App.
    Used the tools they provide, really impressed. Catalog with photos and prices, link to website etc. Used the labels, working really well. Update last week, shortcut to Labels has gone and no making life difficult. Tried to report to What’s app Support and wow what a horrible/frustrating service that is. Can’t get an actual answer to anything and you just go round in circles. Such a shame as it was a 5 star review before this. I now just check with hope it’s resolved…….but a week on I’m still checking and hoping 😬

  • WhatsApp’s review by me!

    I unquestionably went for the 5th star! But how could I consider anything less!!!!!! WhatsApp has changed the way that I communicate with family, friends and yes, colleagues, customers, and my fellow volunteers in different organizations. My family is chat keeps us all connected from California, to Texas to Florida and with our parents in our native Colombia. We share the superb, the good, the not so good and the sometimes difficult moments. The work team chats keeps us updated as to relevant industry news, and reminders of upcoming meetings, and the place to help our peers with questions, resources and guidance. But wait, there is more my commitment to make a difference by volunteering my time and efforts to help others have kept me happily engaged in various social causes by continuing to have time to give back!
    So, you see how can I not be grateful for what WhatsApp has dine for my and my family, peers, volunteers, clients and others.
    Thank you WhatsApp! You have kept us united, safe and even humanize me and I believe all my beloved human beings around world!

  • WhatsApp Number banning

    You just get disconnected or banned from using App without any knowledge of which commercial laws/clauses that you are said to have violated and messaging you takes forever as normally no responses come through.
    Can there be more transparency so that we know the violations so that users may not repeat the same mistakes even after they get new numbers and come back on App.
    In my case I observed a strange trend where I had linked my iPhone’ App onto my laptop’s App but then it could just disconnect on its own.

    I relinked to WhatsApp on my laptop and boom, I got banned until now I don’t know which violations I did.

    I might have to get a new number in the absence of your response as time lost offline is money lost too.

  • Never relay WhatsApp for your business!

    Sharing my personal experience here! I've been using WhatsApp for Business for the past 3-4 years, with over 3000 customers connected. Suddenly, without any warning or explanation, WhatsApp blocked my account, citing a vague violation of their commerce policy.
    It's frustrating to see how easily access to your customer base can be cut off in a split second. Even more concerning is the lack of responsiveness from their support team;
    it's been two days since I reached out via email with no response.
    This means crucial communication histories, payments, and urgent customer needs are inaccessible.
    It's a significant letdown for businesses relying on WhatsApp's platform.

  • WhatsApp Business needs a automatic language translation translate feature

    If WhatsApp had an automatic translation feature or I could just tap on each message and select translate I could keep track of what is being said in the group but unfortunately WhatsApp does not have that feature I will send to WhatsApp Made in the App Store Send a message to the vendor and maybe one day they might actually add this feature.

  • WhatsApp is now ruined by META/FaceBook

    With the recent updates to WhatsApp being used in FaceBook/MarketPlace more scams are happening and Zuckerberg does ZERO to POLICE any of it. As long as they pay for advertising, they can advertise anything.

    My WhatsApp worked perfectly and was encrypted but something happened in an update that allowed me to use my APPLE IPHONE 13-pro to save my password and allow my facial recognition to open my WhatsApp…. When the next update/bug fix updated my phone, my password was gone, I had to change my Apple password and that created an error for Apple to forget my Whatsap password or WhatsApp now required me to remember the password which I could not, and Whatsap refuses any customer service. I just lost a $15,000 commission because Apple and WhatsApp keep no password, therefore you have no way to recall people, chats, quotes, invoices, etc…. And WhatsApp does not answer emails or messages. They lie about getting back to you. They also lock you out longer, every time you enter an incorrect guess at your password.. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS TO META OR WHATSAPP NOR MARKETPLACE.

  • Banning my WhatsApp has cause much problem to me

    I came back from class to find out my WhatsApp account was banned and that’s the only media I communicate with my family outside the country and I enjoyed using it but all of a sudden this happened I’m really depressed now and don’t know what to do I have no idea why my WhatsApp was banned and how that happened but I will seek for a release on my account because I’m schooling here in Africa and there is no other way I could get in touch with my family abroad so I will like that to be quick

  • Archaic system, horrific customer service

    My account was randomly banned with zero warning or explanation. I am certain i hadn’t violated any of the terms and conditions and have written to whatsapp no less than 30 times at this point asking for help.

    I can’t believe such a reputable company can remove such a crucial part of my livelihood, costing me detrimentally through no fault of my own, with zero communication or access to customer service.

    I have never in my life written a bad review but after 2+ months of zero response to countless emails, I can’t stress enough how unprofessional, unethical and irresponsible WA business has been.
