I love how Rentberry are positioning themselves as more than just an app to search for apartments. I feel like the management of the company are really looking ahead as to how knowledge workers want to live and work in the future. The ability “in app” to actually negotiate with a landlord as to price and security deposit is a competitive advantage that other apps are lacking. It makes the app a real negotiation with a possibility of a win-win for both parties instead of a lop-sided take it or leave it proposition for tenants.

Phone Application SetUp
The way Rentberry has set up there smart phone application is very professional and unique. It’s super easy to understand and navigate through. For example let’s say your looking for a new place to rent from. All you have to do is download Rentberry’s smart phone application than go to there search bar and type in your specific area your looking to search for a place to live and look through multiple offerings based off you your personal price range you are comfortable with. Once you find a good fit for yourself contact the agent for further information. There has never been a easier way to find a place to live in modern times. Give it a shot!

Great App!
I really appreciate how many listings are provided by Rentberry. Usually the web to mobile functionality on other listing sites makes it difficult to search using a map view (specifically on the mobile app) but the Rentberry app made it super easy to search for listings in my area.

Okay but needs improvement
Nice to have a place that consolidates listings from multiple sites - however - many many listings are incorrectly listed. For instance: I am NOT looking for a room to rent - but MANY listings that are a single room to rent, are listed as apartments. This means they are not filtered out of my searches.
Things like this make me not use this app as frequently as others.
