Great app and easy to use
Functions Well - But How do you pay?
It would be a HUGE benefit if we could record our greetings and voicemail message for our customers straight into the app instead of having to create a bunch of individual audio files and upload them.
Now our trial is about to expire and we want to keep it but we are unable to use ANY interface to set up a payment method. We used the link in our expiration notice, which took us to a page where the links to add a payment method were dead. We tried the desktop browser to find somewhere in our account to add it, again there isn’t anything. We tried the app, and again there isn’t anywhere for us to add a payment method. We tried to contact by chat during the week, but the chat was broken and wouldn’t work on chrome or Firefox. We sent emails with screenshots and explanations, and got no reply. We called Saturday morning, got put in the call queue, and then told everyone was busy to call back later or submit a super ticket.
So although it functions well, we can’t seem to get anyone to reply while we’re literally trying to remain a client.
Excellent support, great service
I have very little to complain about with VoipStudio, and on the rare occasion I have found an issue, the support team have been near instant in their response.
I was having an issue most recently with the iPhone app not answering calls properly, and although this was only reported in the last few days, there was an almost immediate fox and app release through the App Store for the problem.
The issue is now fixed and I am incredibly happy with the customer service and the service in general from VoipStudio.
If you are reading these reviews deciding whether or not to go with them, they are by far the most responsive, cost effective and feature rich VoIP system out there, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
