Dear customer! We would like to apologize for the negative experience you had with our app. However, we would like to highlight that we do not, at any stage, aim to force anyone into subscribing to our apps. When starting your free trial, we highlight that failure to unsubscribe before the end of your free trial will result in automatic renewal of your subscription services and we do have a clear illustration of subscription written right below the 7-day free trial, a confirm purchase window will pop up, and your agreement to the payment is required. Just wanted to let you know that our app is fully complies with all the rules&conditions of App Store. Please note, cancellation of subscription services is located in your device settings, not within our app. It can be frustrating that this isn't made more apparent by mobile devices, but our support team will be available to talk you through exactly how to achieve this. Please send them a direct message at hello@banuba.com, and one of our team will be on hand guide you through the whole process. We look forward to hearing from you, and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of this!

Dear! Paid subscription is fully optional - many features are for free. We will definitely consider about phasing out the charging or at least raise the number of days of the trial! Hello! Sorry for unsatisfying experience :( But this comment couldn't be further from the truth. EasySnap is totally free to download with tons of free contents, and we do have a clear illustration of subscription written right below the 7-day free trial, a confirm purchase window will pop up, and your agreement to the payment is required. If you didn't mean to make the purchases but have already been billed, you can request for refund via contacting Apple. FYI: only Apple has the authoritative power to terminate an active subscription halfway and, furthermore, to issue a refund to you for the accidental and unintended purchase.
