Not Working
The app has millions of bugs. Most serious is that It freezes and I need to kill the app in order to go back to my Home screen and most of the times I need to put my credentials. Why having an app that is not working-functioning.

Disaster
was working perfectly and now they updated the app it stopped using face recognition and asks for password and email constantly… whoever they paid to manage their app needs to find another job …. disaster

Lost access and will not accept my password or attempts to get a new one. Screen freezes. Numerous calls and emails over 6 weeks to EAC and no contact to resolve.
EAC APP
The application looks great, but unfortunately doesn’t work. I have signed, but I cannot see any details onto my account or customers profile. Is this application ready;
Would love to use it ....
.. but the app will only accept Cyprus mobile numbers, not overseas ones, so many non residents are unable to enjoy the facility
Money well wasted
App is unusable starting from the registration process designed by some great minds that apparently never used a smartphone.

Ok needs auto log on
Long sign up process but Works great

Multiple technical issues
Waiting to receive the OTP for more than 30 mins and received an error message that the incorrect OTP was inserted multiple times and had to retry in 24 hours.
