Save your money

They sell more tickets than they can transport. Take Uber and the subway ... you won’t waste all your time standing in line for their full buses to arrive. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The Cons and Pros

Cons:
A few select buses run during the day.
It usually takes 30 minutes or more for a bus to arrive at a stop and even then you’re not guaranteed a top seat.
The app does NOT let you track the few buses that are running daily.
The windows on the bus are hard to see out of.
No tour guide.
App doesn’t say where the bus starts everyday.
Pro:
You see NY.

Great app, better touring company

This app works very well, it was able to communicate everything needed to prioritize and plan the proper plans to execute your touring goals! The employees and tour guides are some of the finest individuals in the business and are always willing and able to help. I would def recommend this experience to others.

Awful information

Waited 45mins at the Rockerfeller only to find out the stop wasn’t open! Infuriating and really poor customer service. No live bus stop information on the app. Live information not updated. Don’t use, it’s rubbish. Plenty of other tours to use in NYC. It’s cheap because it’s bad.

Bad app does not support tracking

Web says this app will allow you to track buses, does not do this. Most likely because they don’t want you to know that they reduce busses during the day.

Needs Improvements & spell check

I really hope the quality of this app is not an indicator of the quality of your bus service considering I just bought a 5 day pass before downloading this app. “Contact Us” is spelled wrong (Contanct Us). The option that says “find walking directions to this stop” is not a functioning link at all and your website clearly states that there is a “live map to see bus arrival times” which also must not be functioning because I don’t see any times other than opening and closing hours. For such a large business (I see your busses everywhere in the city), I would assume a higher level of app development. I hope this is a work in progress because it needs a lot of improvement.
