Notifications do not work
Absolutely useless app
The app sends a text message with an OTP (One Time Password) to enable you to log in, as a security measure, with no other alternative option.
If you have a signal, great, if not, a complete and utter waste of time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Integrating business credit card accounts into our Royal Bank of Scotland Mobile Banking app is something that is now currently under development.
Summary balance not updating
Edit update: I’ve just had to downgrade this now to a one star. The app is utterly useless until this is sorted. I cannot accurately keep an eye on tens of thousands of expenditure across the company, making use of credit cards now a significant risk on our risk register. Totally unacceptable that a bank app has this much risk to my business.
