First Class Service, First Class Vehicle
From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt the difference of this company. Helpful staff that were not pushy or asking a million questions about my situation. Once we were ready to test drive we were again helped without an interrogation. The vehicle speaks for itself…quite literally. The Mercedes app is amazing!
Any question I have will be answered and the system is a breeze to navigate. However, in case you are computer challenged there’s a service that is complimentary where a technician will come to your home and answer any questions you have. This car does everything except make coffee, but will definitely find the nearest cafe if that’s what you’re looking for. I don’t want my commute to end and stall going home just to stay in it for a few moments longer. Our salesman was first class as well (thanks Bojan Savic of Scottsdale). His patience and dedication to myself as a customer was unlike any salesman I’ve encountered. No rushing or pressure, just made sure I was getting the vehicle of my dreams. The only con to this experience is that I’ll never be able to get another brand of vehicle because I’m hooked on the luxury of this vehicle and the driving experience it offers. When I first bought my vehicle, this app wasn’t too bad and it at least worked. I was kind of disappointed that basic necessities needed to be paid for just so I could utilize them like remote start and vehicle locator but at this point I’m fed up since this last update two weeks ago, none of my digital extras are popping up or working. I don’t even have any buttons available to try to utilize them and even maybe a week before when I try to use my remote start or lock/unlock button it wouldn’t process at all. at this point I’m completely fed up and not to mention that this app doesn’t work on your Apple Watch at all. It just doesn’t even connect to the watch. It’s like pointless to even have the app for your Apple Watch if it doesn’t even work. all this money spent and they can’t even get the app right for luxury so that my life could be easier. First off the app works as it should - unlocks/ locks and starts, location etc. my biggest issue is that it is so limited in what I can do for the things I want to use it for. i.e. remote start- why can’t I view and adjust the temperature in the car? I think it’s based on my last settings used but if I have it turned off when I stop the car the remote start doesn’t turn it on to warm up or cool down. Why is it that when I do get in the car it turns off when I unlock my doors? I also find it strange that when I manually turn on my heat my A/C always turns on too but that’s not an app issue. Furthermore, why can’t my warming/ cooling seats turn on with the app? My wife has a Chevy travers where her seats, steering wheel and heat all turn on with remote start and actually warm up the car or cool it down depending on outside temp. Mercedes has such advanced technology I’m just surprised this app is so limited on actual functionality.Show less
