Uber please come 🙌🏻 ### 1/5 — Ridiculous!!!!!! *2026-06-21, version 9.8.1* When I first got the app everything was going great when I ordered a taxi, it was on time and etc. But now takes forever to get a taxi because it takes about 50 minutes or an hour for it to get there or it goes completely in the opposite direction of where you need to be picked up or drop off and it’s really frustrated. And another thing that’s real frustrating now is that I cannot get a taxi unless I add a payment plan for me to get a taxi. I have a disability and I have the Taxi subsidy card but yet I can’t get a taxi unless I had a payment plan for me to get one which is also nothing that ridiculous ### 1/5 — The worst app ever created *2026-06-06, version 9.8.0* 13cabs deserves to lose all of its business to Uber when you can’t even input your Australian mobile number to register an account. As a result I lost my ability to receive invoices for extensive business travel and claim back. And adding a cabcharge card fails to authenticate. Not having credit for a phone call, the result for me was to try and walk to a taxi rank while suffering a cardiac episode, only to find lots of Ubers and zero taxis. I ended up taking a bus to my doctor where I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. I don’t know what kind of world the programmers live in, but they deserve a swift kick up the backside for producing this piece of garbage. ### 1/5 — Didnt like the app *2026-05-13, version 9.8.0* Every time I book the rider cancels and there is no way to check it keeps on showing searching. If you use the app the rider keeps on cancelling you. Was picked up at 9:45 after a phone call to question why the app indicated the driver was 4 mins away at 9am, then dropped off. Very disappointed and have now created an Uber account. Driver that showed up was excellent ### 1/5 — Ads need to be optional / let us turn notifications off *2026-08-15, version 9.8.3* 13Cabs is a great service, but the ads that come through the app with annoying notifications make this a 1-star app for me. I have notifications on so you can tell me when my cab is arriving, not for this. Do it again and I’ll just uninstall you 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-07-27, version 9.8.2* This app has literally stopped working - I have reinstalled multiple times - it won’t accept my home address on a quick book and I can’t login, it loops me back to the signin screen…. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed *2026-07-20, version 9.8.2* I downloaded the app to use in Sydney as I have two kids (1 yo & 2 yo) and Uber couldn’t take us without baby seats. First, my first bookings didn’t go through Apple Pay so I missed the first trips. Second, the app is too slow and the map interaction doesn’t seen to be in real time. Third, many cancellations by the drivers when the trip is not far or expensive enough for them. We needed to walk back home after many failed attempts to find a driver when the trip was around $30 (considering we have 2 kids and a pram to carry around). Fourth, I was charged twice for only one trip that took me around 20 min waiting and many prior cancellations. Fifth, the customer service has been too slow to “investigate” and assist in this matter. Sixth, the price is also high compared to the competitors. They canceled my ride and charged me for the fare. This has happened twice, I won’t use them again. But no one came Called multiple times I need to be told that there was nothing available Ended up having to call for a Uber. It came with in a minute of my call and finally got to my destination !
