This was one of the best weather apps out there. For some time, though, the updated radar, when in motion, cycles so fast that you cannot tell what storms are doing. If that wasn't bad enough, it now has so many ads that it's almost completely unusable. Ads when you open, way too long, I've even had ads I couldn't get to close.

This app used to be fantastic, our whole family used it, even when we traveled to Europe always amazing. Now it is non stop ads, every screen you touch you have to watch a full screen ad. Deleting and getting ISCN app

Used to be a great app, then you added all the ads lately. I can’t even see the temperature quick without having to watch an ad! The most recent problem is the ad won’t even let me close out of it after watching the whole thing. Will be looking at using a different app as my go to for weather and deleting this one.

This app used to be great. Now, you cannot open the app or select any functions in the app without an ad playing. And most of the ads are for very disreputable products. I downloaded another local TV station’s app that I will be using instead of this ruined one.

Just what I want from an app that used to be my go to for anything weather related. Now every time the screen comes up. I have to wait for an ad of some nonsense over and over and over. Tornado in my area coming this way no watch this ad first and then maybe we’ll show it to you but if the screen refreshes, you’re gonna have to watch the ad again absolute garbage of an update.

Update to my original review-
After months of the commercial-ridden version of the app, the powers that be came their senses and have now removed the odious advertisements and the app is back to being a helpful and useful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 😊 

Previous review-
As other reviewers have noted, this used to be a fantastic app! Now there regularly are advertisements popping up- including sometimes when you initially open the app! It's very annoying to not be able to access information because you have to wait for the ad to finish. In the case of severe weather, this could cause some serious problems!

I have used this app for several years. The radar function is one of the best out there (especially the severe weather warnings overlays), but the ads make the app borderline unusable. It’s a shame, but I’m moving on to greener pastures.
