Crashes instantly every time I download and attempt to open.

All of this information should be free. There should be way more available information out there for breastfeeding women and I thought this would’ve been it but I guess not. Quickly deleted.
Glad to have in app form, worth every cent
MMM has been my go-to book on my hip and on my bedside table (literally!) for the last 16 years as a lactation professional. I constantly refer to it. I pay for each new edition to help the nursing families I support. For those who are trying to use this resource, please know that this book is written for lactation professionals and therefore has ALWAYS had a cost associated with it (which we so often never pass on to you.) Dr. Hale’s work is invaluable and is worth what we pay for each new edition. I happily paid my $59 to have this resource as a digital app at my fingertips.

Excellent support!
I accidentally downloaded this app on my phone and was frantic thinking I would be charged for the app and services. When I called support, no one answered. I did not leave a message. The support team called me back the same day returning my missed call. The next day I called again with no answer. Then, a tech called me back stating he had missed my call “11 minutes earlier.” Wow! I am so impressed with this support team! 5 stars for sure!!!

Not worth it
Stupid to have to pay for advice on what medication is safe I’d rather ask my doctor over the phone for free.

Ridiculous! Downloaded app kept crashing right after opening. Redownloaded several times and finally got it to work. Then quickly found out without paying you can’t access any information. Very disappointed!

Great app! But logs me out constantly...
I'm a paid user and as an IBCLC it's important to have access to this information! Unfortunately I'm logged out constantly and that makes it a pain to share entries with my clients... Otherwise, the app is fabulous!
Dodgy company with a bounce back email address!
Please do NOT downloaded or purchase this app! Since there is no option of removal of your data from their sites or from the app or if you purchased it you might be facing bigger difficulties in cancellation irrespective whether your email address is in their database pool or not; any emails you try to send the fir any enquiries will DEFINITELY BOUNCE BACK & PLACED IN YOUR UNSENT EMAIL SECTION!
Hence it is a DODGY COMPANY just ignoring your communication in the price of selling your data they are IGNORING your correspondence to their given email address! Please STEER CLEAR from these companies that collect your email addresses and sell them to the third parties and hence your inbox influxes with a lot of JUNKS!
