  • Lost cryptocurrency recovery

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000
GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 280,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of itech koa. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks. I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to itechkoa@Gmail.

  • The best app for no interest 4 split payments on purchases!

I have used Afterpay countless times and my pre approved spending limit is $1800. The more you use it and the quicker you pay it off, the more credit they give you. It’s kind of almost like a credit card, JUST don’t get in over your head though! You must have 25% of your order total in your account on the day you place your order through Afterpay. Klarna is ok but I’m more comfortable with Afterpay. it has made my life significantly easier as I do not have to shell out the 100% purchase price at one time and I love that it will draft the payment from your account if you do not make the payment on your own before the due date (90% of the time I just do not want to see the full price come out of my bank account balance because it makes me feel like I am not in control so I will pay the entire balance off within 2 weeks maybe 3 if someone close to me has a birthday or special occasion and I don’t get paid until after said event)

I am about to make my 31st order through Afterpay and I would not go back to the normal way for anything!! i’m not sure how they make their money because of the fact that they do not charge interest but hey, I’m not complaining🤷🏻‍♀️ CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT AFTERPAY!!

  • Sells your information

After using this app for a while I got a notification from another app saying “security alert” for Afterpay. The amount of scam calls and emails I got after was ridiculous. The only thing that changed was this app.
  • So convenient!

I signed up for Afterpay a year ago and was given a nice spending limit. Most buy now pay later apps only start you off with $100-$150 & Afterpay started me off with a lotttt more. Which was a plus. My spending limit is now in the thousands! (With good payment history) Afterpay had a chat system for customer but I no longer see that feature anymore. Instead you have to email customer service through the app, but each time I emailed them or started a ticket, I received a response within 24 hours. Which is also a plus.
There’s only two cons in my opinion.
1.) If you don’t make a payment on time you’ll lose your entire spending limit & they’ll start you $0! I had to get a new card & forgot to update it on the app. Afterpay is set up with automatic payments so I didn’t think to check my email. The very next day my spending limit was at $0! I was able to contact customer and they were able to rectify the issue. Although my spending limit wasn’t what I started with, I was completely fine with that because at least it wasn’t at $0 anymore. I did have to work my way back up which didn’t take long at all considering I use this app frequently!

2.) I wish good payment history is reported to the credit bureau! If it was, this app would do wonders with helping people build credit. Especially if a person doesn’t have any!

  • Great company!

This company is the best! They offer so many different options for shopping. They are very generous with their amounts they offer to customers. I signed up a year ago due the Christmas season as a trial for myself to see if these type of companies are worth using, and let me tell you this is legit. They started me out at 300 at first, which I believed was very fair. I made 2 different purchases for Christmas gifts from different vendors and made the convenient 4 payments. Then after proving myself, as soon as the next month they raised my spending limit significantly. This company is very generous with their credit raises and they are also quick to recognize and reward the customer that presents good payment history. They also have a virtual card that you can use at vendors like Ulta where you can shop in store and make payments that way if you preferred. I haven’t used that feature yet but that too is a great option if you’re out and about shopping. For example, the rewards include having the option of making bigger purchases and paying monthly as well as bi weekly. I have not had any problems with returns either. They are quick to refund any overage amount and you don’t have to wait weeks for the return of funds, it’s immediately refund back to whatever card you used. The payments are small and manageable. This is a great company, I highly recommend! Thank you AfterPay! I’m glad to be a customer!

  • Personal review after 3+ years of using A-P

Afterpay has definitely saved me many of times when it comes to Christmases, birthdays, or if I just want to splurge on myself but not drop a lot of $$$ at once. This app even just very recently made it possible, for me to be able to buy groceries for my family. Just by placing an online pickup order with Walmart & choosing my afterpay that’s saved to my apple wallet. I love the convenience, the different stores/brands to choose from. The fact that you can use afterpay almost anywhere you can think of, even in some stores! I love love love afterpay & it’s personally my favorite compared to the other apps that offer installments with no interest, don’t they come close in comparison in my option. 🥰 I’ll forever use afterpay as long as it’s around! I also make sure to recommend it to all my friends & family who haven’t heard of this amazing app! 🫶

  • Awesome!

I love after pay because I can buy & pay as I go, so all those things I want but can’t afford at once or at all, I can get or if my daughters really want something & I can’t afford to get it or at least for a while or after saving, I can buy it & they can wear it now. It’s like layaway but you can enjoy your stuff as you pay. There’s no credit check which is awesome, no interest fees just late fee if you don’t have the amount on the same card you used to begin with but another awesome part is if u don’t happen to have the money on that card you can log into your account & change cards. If it happens they notify u so you can change it. Also they send out reminders of your payment coming up. I love it and I wish a lot more stores did this. Well more that I like or use to shopping at. More & more are being added every day. Mostly, It allows me to get my family some things needed or wanted, that I never would’ve been able to get on my own if wasn’t for Afterpay!

  • Very Unforgiving and Unhelpful

This was my absolute go-to app for pay in 4s. I was struggling a lot last year (finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel) and this app saved me. I forgot to pay one payment on time, paid it the next day (I forgot to update my card on file). That was my mistake; however, they dropped my spending power by HALF. That’s insane to me. I literally paid it the next day. Other apps (like Klarna) just try again and work with you. Anyway, I had a second payment in the form of an e-check and realized another charge came out of that bank and it was going to bounce. I tried to work with them and even paid the next installment to rectify the situation. Their app claims to be there to help. The customer service agents did not understand my questions when I was very clear and gave me very automated responses. I paid twice the amount and ended up not being able to use the app and had my rewards status taken away. This is the most unforgiving an app could be. These types of apps usually exist to help people and this one did until it didn’t. I tried everything to keep a good history with them and by any other app’s standards, it is a good history. This is a heartless app and the customer service agents are unhelpful. Use Zip or Klarna if you can help it. They have more variety of where you can use their services too.

  • Non functioning customer support

They dropped their phone support (probably some attempt to save money) and now the only way to reach them is by message. If you have an issue don’t expect a quick resolution.

I had an in-store purchase at JCP refunded back to the one-time use card. I had the JCP receipt showing the refund but the it don’t show on the Afterpay app. When I finally got a hold of AP they stated that they could not see a refund on their own card. They insisted that the refund was sent to my personal credit card. After being provided the receipt showing their card number and my credit card statements showing I did not receive the refund, they still insisted that I had received the refund and needed to pay the full purchases price. It took more than a month for them to realize their foolishness. It would have probably been resolved a lot quicker had I been able to explain the situation to a person over the phone than writing an email and waiting days for a sub par response.

If you are going to use this service, please take notice. Customer support is of very littler support.

  • I want the old Afterpay back!

I have been an Afterpay customer and advocate since day one. I used it so much I was actually a Pulse member until they completely changed the app altogether. I was two days late on a payment and my limit went completely back to $0. Although it was frustrating, I get it. Over the years I’ve worked so hard to build that back up by paying on time. Now it’s the holidays and I’m working to get gifts for my family and all of a sudden I’m denied all my transactions. I was so confused because I paid on time for every transaction and never missed a payment and worked so hard to build my limit back up. I go into my app and see that my limit was $0 again and they sent me a letter telling me it was because of a credit report they pulled? I have an amazing credit score that dropped a couple points but for them to completely drop my limit to $0 is ridiculous. Why does my credit report have to do with anything if I’m paying on time in their app? Afterpay used to cater to everyone of all classes but apparently your financial situation has to be perfect in order to get any purchase approved.
