Horrid Provider support!
This app was 50% why I even got my massage therapy liscense, yet when I signed up and went through all of the hard stuff, all of a sudden I’m locked out of my account, I was then contacted by a provider support professional who told me everything was alright and they were just having a bit of an issue on their side…….well nearly a year later and no one’s helped me nor reached out, Even when contacted Zeel help it was of zero help…… I really wish I could get some help, a number or something but providers have no one they can contact and or call.

Good Experience as Professional Provider LMT
Thank to Zeel because for me is a great opportunity to improve my career as LMT and Healer . Know a day is very high cost as independent professionals for lease space and other cost , and whit zeel I can do the best version independently and and many time for me as single Mother . Almost Perfect
As a provider, the app is a convenient way to get work notifications, communicate with Zeel whenever there’s an issue, and both add and block availability. The only thing I would wish to see improved is if an appointment has already been scheduled in the app, then request notifications that overlap with that time not be sent automatically, as that is less confusing when trying to respond to requests, only to see an appt has already been booked for that time.

Massage Therapist
I have been happy with the recent updates to the app. My only issue is sometimes, based on my location and position, I can’t always check in due to network connection errors and will have to restart my phone. It can be glitchy sometimes and it seems I’m not starting the work on time but other than that, everything is good!

A few tweaks would be great
There needs to be an option to decline an appt. If I can’t take it or don’t want it, I’d prefer not to get the subsequent notifications. Also, the option the message clients BEFORE accepting an appt in the event I’m not available at their requested time or day. The “alternate times” doesn’t help if I can’t get to them by the next day.

My first appointment experience
My first experience with getting an actual client was very good! The app is easy to understand, and it was easy to walk through the process! It did take a long time to get approved to work for Zeel, and I wish the process were less cumbersome. I’m looking forward to working with many more satisfied clients!

Mobile therapy
I’ve been using this app for three months now. So far it is the busiest of any mobile booking app I’ve used. The rates are good. Customer service is great. And the clients are nice and professional. I’d recommend this app to mobile therapists
