Currently this app is horrible for iphones. My employees who own an iPhone have issues all of the time with this app freezing on them and not allowing them in to do the trips. I recently got an iPhone and am now also dealing with the app freezing on me and not allowing me in. We are forced to do everything on paper because it is so bad. I really do like the routing box software but this app has really given us problems.

Good idea
I want to like this app but it’s not friendly. It touts being user friendly but hours are spent trying to get it to work each week.

Doesn’t work.
This app does not work past adding my employer. I try to log in and it will not. App freezes. Then when I close the app and reopen all I get is a white page that will not go away.

Have used for 3+ years and it’s the total control this program gives Owners to manage complicated scheduling and billing that makes it the critical tool in our system

I managed to make it more usuable and seemingly a bit more stable. For whatever reason, the developer avoids using tools built into the OS. This hurts the app on Android and even more on iOS. There are notifications on iOS. Just a popup within the app of any changes made. But it should ding and never did for me. Go to settings then Routingbox Mobile. Turn off “enable debugger”. The next thing may be unnecessary but I toggled auto refresh and notifications from within the app off and back on for good measure. Now at least you will hear a ding if the app is not in the foreground. But make sure your media volume is turned up because just like with android, it plays the ding through media audio instead of notification audio.
