Pleasantly surprised
I was initially skeptical about using bank apps, now I am sorry it took me so long. This app has truly simplified and has been a time saver
Too Slow
This new app is great and all but it’s too slow. It takes forever to refresh and unlike the previous app , it doesn’t show your transactions right away. After a transaction, it say “pending”, which I find confusing. I don’t know if it’s taken the money out of my account or not.
Think bank
Best best bank ever I saw in my life thank you very much and I would recommend many many friends and family...
Disaster
When it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t your accounts don’t show accurate transactions or totals. You have no warning when it will happen- this month just startled when app assured me mortgage had not been paid (one example). This happens every month or two. Not ok for a banking app.

Think Bank on Line Banking
I think that the On Line App is very user friendly, And is a Quick Convenient way to a Bank!, when one lives out of town, as we do!, I have had a thirty Year Plus Relationship, With the IBM CREDIT UNION, & Think Mutual Bank!, And I hope to Continue to do Business with Think Bank in the Future!

Online app
The think app check deposit is finicky. Just tried to deposit a check but was rejected. Just tried again and was accepted. Same check same accounts.
