Super Easy
Super easy to sign up and use. PIN was located on my paper bill - I just filled out my info, made my payment, and was done in 2 minutes.
Not customer friendly
Poorly designed app at best - prompts you to use an 8 character password but won’t continue enrollment process unless it has 10. Getting a PIN number to finish enrollment is like pulling teeth.
