SPURSPLAY ALWAYS MALFUNCTIONS
Premium subscription promises full match uploads for every single game will be available within 24 hours of kickoff… almost never happens. Often takes a whole week of emailing the club to get a response and then even longer to get the game up and running. The app layout also makes it impossible to avoid seeing the score when trying to navigate to the full match replays. Garbage app, bad design, poor customer support.

Stupid app
I paid for premium version as there is almost nothing interesting in the app to see without it and I was disappointed that you can’t even watch a single match in video until around 6 hours after the game has finished. Just recently also it removed my premium plan and I am still signed in but thinks I have never paid?

Full of bugs
Still cannot upload a profile picture even after the latest update which promised ‘bug fixes’. This is just basic for an app and the fact it just errors all the time when trying to do this is staggering for a club this size.
Also takes over a week to reflect new membership status.
Massive improvements needed.

Worthless app
To find the seating chart you have to download the app. The app has no seating chart. Useless.
Casting Functionality
Charging people $50-$60 a year for an app which can’t cast live broadcasts properly is incredibly frustrating
Absolute awful app!
An absolute awful app. Me and other friends have encountered so many problems.
• The app keeps trying to encourage me to become a member despite already having a One Hotspur membership.
• There’s no direct section to buy tickets. You have to go to the Buying ticket guide. Then click on a highlighted link to tickets.
• Once I’ve bought a ticket to a game there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to show I’ve bought a ticket to a game in the app.
• On Spurs play, there are free videos to watch. However, the app is telling me I need to be logged in despite being logged in already.
For a multimillionaire company, you’d think they would be able to provide a decent app that’s easy to use. I really hope the developers can rectify these problems. It’s ruining my experience as a One Hotspur member.

Please Redesign the Icon
Hey, I almost didn’t download this simply because the app icon design is so bad! 😅 I literally thought it was some 3rd party app. If you want any recommendations I’d be happy to provide haha

The app is good but not better than Tottenham and Joey the Asian. Joey is better than Tottenham but Tottenham is still the best football team of all-time. Ps joey is da goat

Works well and like the look. Ticketing area can be a bit fiddly but excellent overall
