Lovely taxi service
Not from here but will occasionally visit family. I have used this firm a few times and always feel safe when travelling with them.
Punctual but rude
Booked a taxi from auld brig to dundonald . Asked to stop on Ayr road to drop a friend . We had to go that way and the driver seemed furious
needs some tweaks
does what it needs to do but needs to have some extra details. booked a taxi for my partner to get to the station for work tonight, and it got to about 5 before it was due and still no one had accepted it. had to phone and they told us on the phone they were really busy and it would be another 10/15 minutes before someone became available. think this info should be available on the app as now my partner is going to be late and it could’ve been easily avoided had we known the taxi wasn’t able to arrive for the set time. the driver that ended up accepting the booking (at the time we had booked for it to arrive) was all the way in kilwinning too. definitely some tweaks to app details and organising priorities etc needed

Constantly told error 32 no matter how in advance you try to book .
Doesn’t work
You can’t book a taxi you get told everyone is unavailable error code 32

December’21 still broken
As of December 2021 this app still is broken and won’t allow you to register at all and really should be removed from the App Store
