Awful app freezes every time I try to order
Guess I won’t be est at DiBella’s cause their stupid app freezes every time I try to place one.
Location and services issue. App is broken
I had this app on an older phone. Last time I was able to order and select my location, back on Sep 6th. New phone after sept 15th and tried to order again, I was not able to order or even select my location. I have also had others experience this as well. Sounds like the dev team needs to have a different approach.

Best nap
When I wake up to Dibellas sandwich from a nice nap let me tell you the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had and I’ve had ALOT of sandwiches
Terrible app
Took me a couple days to register and install since my old username/pw didn’t work after they upgraded the app. When i finally enrolled after spending 20 minutes on it, I could not add my sandwich to the cart with a drink selected - i had to unselect the drink before i could successfully add the sandwich into the bad. terrible experience

Headache
The App just wouldn’t work and took over 20 minutes to order 2 subs
App is Broken after Update.
App is broken after update… can’t hit submit when creating a new account… can’t add a credit card on the payment page (says it’s expired when it isn’t.) I basically can’t order a sub with it.
New updated app is terrible!
First….I couldn’t see any locations. So I deleted app and reinstalled. It appeared that all was well….I created my first sub order and tried to add it to the cart….NOPE, all I got was an error message. Please fix this soon as it WAS a handy and useful tool to order our food.
Not happy
I can’t get my old account in the new app. It says email already used. So I am losing points in the last 2 orders I placed.
Potentially forced agreement to marketing
Tried to make a new account with the updated app and it wouldn’t submit with the marketing agreement boxes unchecked.
Awful Update
I’ve been trying to place an order online for a few weeks now since their major update. (Did they do ANY QA on this to make sure it worked??)
Every time I get to the last screen to enter my payment info, the card number field isn’t there. I’ve tried it on the app on two different devices and on Safari but it does the same on all. I miss DiBella’s but I prefer to order online rather than order and wait in the store so I’ll wait until this is resolved.
