I have tried to cancel there monthly billing including writing to them, but there is no way to cancel it. Apple need to look at this company

Pls refund my money back
It’s terrible app i have ever downloaded. Officially says free for 3 days trail but there is no option to cancel subscription. Simply takes subscription fees what a shame. Pls be aware before downloading this app. I want my money back even i have not downloaded this app.
