Don’t waste your money and time
Made our first order via the app, paid for our shopping in the online store and NOTHING! Contacted customer ‘service’ after the order failed to turn up only to be told the branch would contact me. Needless to say no one has bothered to call. No shopping and they have my money! Never again! Take this warning!

Excellent app
I’ve been a big fan of Big C stores in the past and their app is very useful and makes it easy to order from and get shopping delivered to your home. The app makes it very easy to see all their promotions and the delivery was as scheduled and the quality of their fresh products was excellent.
Nice new app
I’m glad to see that big c upgraded their app. It’s easier to use and has helped the over all experience.
Disappointed
Had high hopes for the app as I have difficulty getting out and about but it does not display properly on my iPad Air. The privacy policy text is too small to read from the outset and even if you maximise the window you do not get full size maximised window but two thirds size of screen so you have to keep scrolling left and right to read the conditions. Deleted without even getting to the main app. What’s the point if you cannot readily read the terms and conditions to see want the requirements are.
