Every time I have to reinstall the Cc phone for it to work. Even after making one call I have to delete the existing app and then reinstall. It’s very annoying
Cheating customers
Cc phone is another “cheap” player in the market looting money from malayalees. The sales executive give false promises to sell their products. I took their middle east calling card for $20 with the promise I can call for 200 minutes to UAE. The money in the card got vanished in 30 minutes. I called their customer care 5 times so far. The answer I got all the time is we have sent your issue to our management. I got same answer when I called them a month ago and I got same answer when I called them yesterday. Please don’t get cheated by false promises.
